Refund Policy

Effective date: January 27, 2026

This Refund Policy describes how refunds work for token purchases and code generation activity on PathfinderQR (the "Service"), operated by ISA Consulting LLC ("ISA", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Refund Eligibility Window

Token-related purchases are eligible for a refund only if a refund request is made within 2 hours of the original purchase time.

2. Unused Codes Requirement

A refund is available only if the codes generated from the applicable purchase (or generation batch) remain unused. For clarity, "unused" means the codes have not been redeemed/consumed by the system for scanning activity and have not been activated into inventory in a way that makes them live.

If any portion of the generated codes have been used, scanned, activated, or otherwise consumed, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

If available in your dashboard, you may use the built-in refund controls for the relevant batch/purchase. Otherwise, email us at hello@pathfinderqr.com with:

  • your account email
  • the receipt ID or purchase timestamp
  • the affected lot/batch (if applicable)

4. Refund Method

If your refund is approved, we will either (a) restore the associated tokens to your Token Bank, and/or (b) refund the payment to the original payment method, depending on how the purchase was processed and the current payment integration.

5. Exceptions

We may deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the Service’s usage logs.
